1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Account registration and security

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account;
• Keep your login credentials secure;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription plans, billing, and credits

Billing and renewals

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
• Prices may be shown in USD and/or ZAR and may be subject to exchange rates, bank fees, and applicable taxes.
• You authorize us and our payment processor (PayFast) to charge your selected payment method.

Credits and usage

• Credits are digital units used to access certain features.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• We may introduce fair-use limits to protect system stability.

4. Acceptable use (anti-abuse)

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or exploit the Platform;
• Bypass usage limits, credit limits, or paywalls;
• Use bots or automation to spam features;
• Share, resell, or provide access to your account to others;
• Use the Platform for unlawful activity or market manipulation.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for suspected abuse or policy violations.

5. Platform availability and changes

We aim to provide a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, discontinue, or update features at any time.

6. No financial advice

The Platform is a decision-support tool. It does not provide financial advice. You remain fully responsible for your trading decisions.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to The Holy Grail. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, lawful purposes.

8. User content

If you submit content (messages, prompts, uploads), you grant us a license to process it to provide and improve the service. You confirm you have the right to submit such content.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You breach these Terms;
• We detect fraud, abuse, or harmful activity;
• Required by law or a regulator.

If your account is terminated for cause, you may forfeit unused credits and/or access without refund.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Holy Grail will not be liable for:

• Trading losses or lost profits;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Data loss, service interruptions, or third-party failures.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Where disputes arise, you agree to first contact us to attempt resolution before escalating.
