Refund & Cancellation Policy

    This policy applies to subscriptions and digital services provided by PipsDesk (Pty) Ltd trading as PipsDesk, including PipsDesk.

    1. Cancellations

    • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (or by contacting support).
    • Cancellation stops future renewals.
    • Unless stated otherwise, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

    2. Refund eligibility (strict)

    Because this is a digital service with immediate access, refunds are limited.

    A refund may be considered only if all of the following are true:

    • The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase; AND
    • The subscription period is current (not expired); AND
    • The account has not materially used paid features, including but not limited to:
    • Credits consumed
    • Trade plan generations
    • AI analysis/chat usage
    • Alerts/advanced analytics access

    If paid features have been used (including partial credit usage), the purchase is considered consumed and is not refundable.

    3. Credits are non-refundable

    • Credits are digital goods, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
    • Used credits are not refundable.
    • In cases of approved refunds, any unused credits may be forfeited.

    4. Chargebacks, fraud, and policy abuse

    To protect the Platform and our users:

    • We may suspend accounts associated with chargebacks, suspected fraud, or abusive refund behavior.
    • Refund requests may be denied where we reasonably believe there is abuse, including:
    • multiple accounts to obtain free access
    • repeated refund requests
    • payment disputes after usage

    5. How to request a refund

    Email support@pipsdesk.com with:

    • Your account email
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for request
    • Any relevant evidence (screenshots, error messages)

    6. Processing times

    • We aim to respond within 5-7 business days.
    • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method, subject to processor timelines.

    7. Technical issues

    If you experience a technical issue, contact support first. We may offer troubleshooting, credit adjustments, or account assistance where appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed.
